Terms and conditions

By booking a Motherhood & Maternity Editorial Session, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Payment
-
The session fee of CHF 290 secures your selected time slot.

Payment is made on the day of the session at the studio.

Payments can be made by cash or card. The session includes 3 professionally edited images.

Additional images may be purchased separately.​​
​
Cancellations & No-Shows
-
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time, as well as failure to attend the session, will result in the full session fee being charged.
​​​​
Rescheduling
-
Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance may be accommodated once, subject to availability.​​
​
Image Selection & Delivery
-
After the session, a selection gallery will be provided.
-
Final edited images will be delivered in 3 weeks after selection.

Editing style is consistent with the photographer’s portfolio and artistic vision.​

Punctuality

Please arrive on time.

Late arrival may result in a shorter session time, without reduction of the session fee.

Artistic Style

By booking, you acknowledge that you are familiar with and accept the photographer’s style.

Images will be edited at the photographer’s discretion and will not be altered beyond the established aesthetic.​​
Liability
-
The photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond control (including but not limited to illness, technical issues, or force majeure). In such cases, an alternative date will be offered.
